Overview

  • The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) will host the 2026 Car-Free Jamsugyo Bridge Festival.
  • The festival will take place every Sunday for eight weeks, from September 6 to October 25, at Jamsugyo Bridge and the Banpo Hangang Park area.
  • The fall 2026 festival returns for eight weeks, offering a different festival experience every week.
  • This fall festival will be the final season of the "Car-Free Jamsugyo Bridge" format ahead of the full pedestrianization of Jamsugyo Bridge planned for the second half of 2027.

Weekly Program Schedule

  • Sun, Sep. 6 – Jamsugyo Water Wars, 2 PM to 5 PM. Advance registration through the official Korean website (https://www.festa-ddooddoo.com) is required for participation.
  • Sun, Sep. 20 – Jamsugyo Fall Field Day, 2 PM to 10 PM at Jamsugyo Bridge, with five rounds.
  • Sun, Sep. 27 – Moonlight Chuseok Festival, 3 PM to 6 PM at the Riverside Stage (upstream) of Banpo Hangang Park.
  • Sun, Oct. 4 – Jamsugyo Gourmet Road, held for one day only, transforming Jamsugyo Bridge into a food road featuring more than 100 food trucks.
  • Sun, Oct. 11 – Moonlight Jamsugyo media art display, 7 PM to 10 PM, across Jamsugyo Bridge and Banpodaegyo Bridge.
  • Sun, Oct. 18 – Jamsugyo Refresh Day, 5 PM to 8 PM at Jamsugyo Bridge, including yoga, stretching, and meditation.

Food

  • The festival features a global gourmet road with more than 100 food trucks serving cuisines from Korea, the United States, Vietnam, India, and more.

Traffic and Transportation

  • During the festival, vehicle access will be restricted every Sunday from noon to midnight along approximately 1.1 km of the route from the northern end of Jamsugyo Bridge to Moonlight Square at the southern end.
  • Due to vehicle restrictions and limited parking at Banpo Hangang Park, visitors are strongly encouraged to use public transportation.
